3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointment availability is subject to scheduling capacity.
Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or appointment rescheduling to avoid disruption to other clients.
The Nail Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without prior notice may be restricted from future bookings.
Certain premium or group bookings may require advance deposits.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Applicable VAT will be charged in accordance with UAE regulations.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
We accept cash, card payments, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

The Nail Lodge is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical or skin conditions.
