1. The Nail Lodge Website & Services Policy

Welcome to The Nail Lodge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking channels, membership programs, and beauty services provided at The Nail Lodge located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy is aligned with common beauty center and salon operational standards and should be published on your website together with your Privacy Policy and Membership Terms & Conditions.

2. About The Nail Lodge

The Nail Lodge is a premium beauty retreat located in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operating under applicable UAE laws and regulations. We provide beauty, nail, massage, facial, hair removal, eyelash, eyebrow, and related wellness services.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, mobile application, or social media platforms. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling capacity. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or appointment rescheduling to avoid disruption to other clients. The Nail Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments where necessary.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without prior notice may be restricted from future bookings. Certain premium or group bookings may require advance deposits.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Applicable VAT will be charged in accordance with UAE regulations. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, card payments, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

6. Membership Programs

Membership programs are governed by separate Membership Terms & Conditions available on our website and at the reception desk. Membership benefits, discounts, privileges, and limitations apply according to the selected membership tier. 7. Service Results & Client Responsibility

Service outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type, nail condition, allergies, lifestyle, and aftercare. Clients are responsible for informing technicians of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, injuries, infections, or other health concerns before services begin. The Nail Lodge is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical or skin conditions. Clients must follow aftercare recommendations provided by our team.

8. Hygiene & Safety

At The Nail Lodge, hygiene and operational excellence are a core part of our standards. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Tools and equipment are sanitized according to professional hygiene standards. Disposable items are used where appropriate. We reserve the right to refuse services where health or safety concerns are identified.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. The Nail Lodge shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items within the premises.

10. Gift Cards, Promotions & Packages

Promotional offers, discounts, packages, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms and validity periods. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law.

11. Children & Guests

Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. For safety and comfort reasons, additional guests may be limited during service appointments.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree: Not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access. Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission. That all website content, branding, logos, images, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Nail Lodge.
